The Gray Gull cottages have been around since
1955. This inset picture shows a view of the Gray Gull Office and a few
of the cottages (notice the grassy area to the left where the pool is now) from
the entrance. The original cottages only included the one- and two-bedroom
units. The three-bedroom units were added in 1988.

Our Association was established in 1987 and
had been responsible for managing the property and providing a wonderful
vacation destination for our owner community and our guests.

Our website is intended to provide
information to both our owners and our guests. Local resources are available on
